The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a detached house with private office. Object is a basement with garage for two cars. The building has two floor and one grand floor with garage for two cars. The building is set in sloping terrain. Load-bearing structure is formed by formwork Best and structural system by Porotherm. The building is coverd by saddleback roof and walkable green roof.

The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a single-family house. The detached house will include a two-car garage and will be built in the northern part of the village Moravské Knínice, a brick building with two above-ground floors and one underground. The roof is a saddleback. The vertical load-bearing structure, as well as the non-structural construction, is designed of Heluz ceramic bricks. The total construction area is 162,85 m2.

This bachelor’s thesis solves the draft of the family house in Šardice. This is single-storey house with living loft, without cellar and with saddleback roof. The house is designed in a frame of the regulative plan which was issued by municipality for the particular area. The building corresponds with built-up area by it’s character and visual aspect. The construction system is brick by KM Beta Sendwix system. The ceiling is prefabricated board.

It is detached house standing on the gentle slope near the forest. It is designed for family of four. The house has one storey, residential loft and basement. There is the saddleback roof. The house is designed like a timber frame construction with Fermacell boards. An entrance is situated on the east, living rooms are situated on the south and the west.
